Neuro-Rehab Management, Inc. was founded in 1988. We are an
independent case management company specializing in providing services
to individuals with neurological impairments. We work with individuals
who have sustained a brain injury due to an accident, illness, or other
neuromuscular disability, such as spinal cord injury and multiple
sclerosis. We also work with individuals with multiple disabilities.
We
provide short or long term services to individuals from an acute phase
of recovery all the way though to individuals who are living in the
community and are many years post injury.

mission is to assist adults with neurological, medical and age related
impairments by coordinating services that maximize functioning in home,
community and work settings. We strive to respect client values and
goals while developing and implementing a realistic individualized plan.
About Us:
Neuro-Rehab Management has a dedicated team of professionals providing case management, community support and neuropsychological rehabilitation. Our staff consists of eleven experienced professionals with experience and expertise in rehabilitation such as medical and vocational case management, functional, vocational and neuropsychological assessment and cognitive treatment in real life settings.
Mary E. Roach, M.A., C.C.M.
Mary is the President and one of the founding partners of Neuro-Rehab Management, Inc. Mary has over twenty years experience as a rehabilitation counselor/case manager with expertise in working with individuals who have sustained brain injuries or other neurological disorders. She has extensive experience in working with community-based treatment approaches and has assisted individuals in adjusting to their life changes.
Ellen P. Harnen, LICSW
Ellen is a Case Manager/Supervisor for Neuro-Rehab Management, Inc. She has been with NRM since June, 2000. Prior to joining NRM, Ellen was a member of the outpatient clinical staff of an agency specializing in substance abuse treatment for individuals and families. She also provided treatment and case management services to patients in an inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation hospital.
Jack Reed
Jack Reed is the Program Director at Head Injury Community Services. He has worked in the field of brain injury for the past twenty five years. He received his Bachelor of Science with a Degree in Health Education in 1982. Jack’s first position was as the Director of Therapeutic Recreation at Forest Manor, an inpatient specialized brain injury program. He remained in that position for ten years. Jack started at Head Injury Community Services when the program first opened in 1992 as a Life Skills Instructor/Case Manager. Jack was promoted to Assistant Program Director in 1994, and was promoted to Program Director in 1998.
April Sheridan
April Sheridan is the Assistant Program Director of Head Injury Community Services.She graduated from Bridgewater State College with a degree in psychology and social work.She has worked in the brain injury field for over seven years. April has held the position of Assistant Program Director of HICS since 2005.She is also a facilitator for the Brains At Risk Program for the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts, and is also a professional member of this association.
