Alli Hughes, MS
Clinical Director

Alli joined NRM in 2019 as a Case Manager and continuously advanced to her current role of Clinical Director. Her leadership is defined by empathy, respect, and advocacy—principles that drive her unwavering commitment to excellence in care and service.

 

Holding a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Springfield College, Alli brings a strong clinical foundation and specialized expertise in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. She also has extensive experience guiding active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families through medical, educational, and community-based resources.

 

As Clinical Director, Alli oversees NRM’s clinical programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and the highest standards of care. She leads a dedicated team of case managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment centered on professional development and service excellence. Through her vision and dedication, Alli plays a pivotal role in advancing NRM’s programs to better serve the diverse needs of the community.
