Case Manager & Clinical Informatics Manager
Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of New Hampshire and brings extensive clinical experience from hospital, home health, and hospice settings. In her dual role at NRM, she seamlessly connects high‑touch patient advocacy with high‑tech digital innovation.
As a Case Manager, Jessica is continually inspired by the resilience of clients navigating the challenges of brain injury recovery. Her clinical background gives her a specialized lens through which she promotes independence while offering steady, compassionate support during life’s most difficult transitions.
In her role as Clinical Informatics Manager, Jessica leads the integration and optimization of health information systems across NRM. She focuses on improving workflows, strengthening care coordination, and ensuring that digital tools meaningfully enhance both staff efficiency and client outcomes. Her work centers on aligning technology with real world clinical needs while upholding the ethical, human centered principles that guide NRM’s mission.
Outside of work, Jessica finds balance through yoga and peaceful walks along the beach. She’s an enthusiastic Survivor fan and enjoys exploring the intriguing world of lucid dreaming.
