Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Before joining NRM, she gained extensive experience in case management, working with justice-involved individuals in correctional settings and with adults in the community facing complex mental health challenges. Her background also includes therapeutic work with families and individuals in inpatient psychiatric settings. At the heart of Karen’s work is a deep commitment to ensuring every individual feels heard and supported, no matter their background or where they are in life.

 

Outside of work, Karen enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with a good book.
