Kathleen Madden
Director of Client Services
Kathleen began her career at NRM in 1999 as a part-time administrative assistant. Over the years, she advanced to Office Manager and, in 2023, was appointed Director of Client Services. In this leadership role, Kathleen is instrumental in managing the organization's daily operations. She focuses on optimizing efficiency and maintaining effective systems, overseeing office procedures, managing internal databases, and collaborating with staff to support a productive workplace.
Kathleen also serves as a key liaison with community partners, fostering strong relationships and enhancing external collaboration. In addition to leading strategic initiatives, she works closely with senior leadership on special projects and quality assurance efforts.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark University. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys traveling, game nights, and spending quality time with family and friends.
