Mackenzie provides case management services to veterans in the Wounded Warrior Project’s Independence Program. Before joining the NRM team, she was a case manager for young adults in recovery and those who had previously experienced homelessness. Mackenzie also has a background in mental health counseling, with a focus on supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. 

 

Mackenzie has a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. She enjoys baking, exploring her neighborhood and local restaurants, and keeping up with pop culture.
