Maddie earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire and built her career supporting adults with traumatic brain injuries and the elderly population in both residential and long-term care settings. As Lead Case Manager at NRM, she works closely with clients to provide personalized support and guidance, while also mentoring the case management team to ensure high-quality care and foster staff development. 

 

Maddie describes her “happy place” as anywhere near the ocean and enjoys checking out local coffee shops, thrifting, and going for walks with her rescue pup, Bogey.
